Since 2017, YUJ has offered yoga teacher training (200 hours) YUJ TEACHER TRAINING (YTT) with Yoga Alliance certification.
This intensive 4-week training allows all students to obtain a first level of in-depth learning, both theoretical and practical .

Cynthia Lépine
Training director, yoga teacher and dancer
Passionate about the body and the benefits of a physical practice on the whole and on the mind, Cynthia studied anatomy for movement before discovering postural yoga Hatha, Vinyasa and very quickly she became interested in other branches of yoga, such as meditation, mantras, etc.
Trained within the YUJ school, she teaches Vinyasa Yoga with a beautiful awareness of movement and its transitions thanks to her contribution of dance to yoga, also emphasizing the importance of breathing.
Lucas Benoist
Yoga teacher
From Thailand to Australia, via India and Nepal, Lucas explores the world of yoga as a journey, both exterior and interior. He is attracted to physical and demanding yoga, while including a spiritual approach that seeks to address the human as a whole.
For him, yoga is a way to express one's uniqueness to the world, a set of tools to develop one's full potential, so that the true self, filled with light and love, finds its place in our world.
Melhina Tounsi
Yoga teacher and Osteopath
An osteopath by initial training and a yoga teacher by passion, Melhina uses these 2 therapeutic disciplines in addition to helping others find movement in their bodies.
She likes to build her sequences instinctively, logically and creatively to combine dynamism and well-being. His expertise in anatomy brings, particularly to his transmission of yoga, precision in his adjustments orally as well as manually. Its energetic flows are set in a context of kindness and inclusiveness.
Julia Tran Son Tay
Yoga teacher
After discovering yoga in the United States and practicing for more than 10 years now, Julia passionately transmits vinyasa, hatha, Yin Yoga and pre and post natal yoga to allow her students to acquire physical flexibility and mental. Strength, gentleness and harmony are the key words of his teaching.
