  • Exploration of hormonal, physiological and emotional changes in pregnant women during the 3 trimesters
  • Focus on the perineum: its functions, how to use it and protect it
  • Fight against abdominal hyper-pressure by moving correctly every day
  • Learning typical sequences to help combat, among other things, the ailments of pregnancy (nausea, fatigue, back pain, anxiety, grounding, opening the hips, creating space in the body, calming, etc.)
  • Learning the sun salutation adapted for pregnant women
  • Meditation and relaxation technique Including the future dad
  • Adding Some Yin Poses to Prenatal Yoga Practice
